I actualy finished something! No, really!




This is the Heartstrings bunny, made of one knit square (minus ears). I'm teaching some people to knit, and this is a wonderful way to go from swatch -> item. That way, they're not just knitting a scarf, they're making a something.

And, just because, here's a picture of me at the zoo.



And who's that in the background (ok, she's not showing)? It's Dolly! The Baringo Giraffe with the crooked neck! Don't worry, she's in no pain, and reproduces with no problem. Her tongue is weaker than the above big male's, though.



I was feeding them. I swear. I didn't realize how bad that sounded until I typed it. That's it. I'll have a reputation of a pervy Giraffe fancier for sure, now.
